When Jim designs, he takes his design cue from nature. The highest compliment he can receive is having his structures, whether private residences or office complexes, be in harmony with their surroundings. He specializes in planning your building to fit the terrain.
Many people incorrectly assume that an architect is useful only if working on a million-dollar home or a large commercial building. In reality, architects often work on a modest scale, including designing custom homes, general contracting, re-working stock plans, designing room additions, remodeling existing buildings and designing small commercial buildings.
Jim's path to becoming an architect was not a direct one. He had always had an eye for design and an artistic talent. He made the decision to become an architect on the first day of college and has never looked back. He loves his work and takes great pride in helping people turn their dreams into reality.
